Being an Exceptional Leader was developed in response to the critical need for quality leadership in organizations and a lack of available quality real-world, action-oriented training on leadership.
This course is a 'Leadership Laboratory,' encapsulating leadership at its core - demonstrating it visibly, tangibly, and allowing participants access to a new way of being that was not previously possible. It is a life-altering experience that provides access to real leadership.
COURSE DETAILS
What is the 'Being an Exceptional Leader' course?
An in-depth, hands-on leadership course unlike anything you have experienced. This is not a check-the-box course. It is a first-person, real-time exercise in leadership based on participants lived experiences and how things occur for the individuals and collective cohort. Participants will walk away fundamentally changed in how they show up as a leader professionally, personally and in their communities.

January 28/29, 2025
Day One: Set the foundation for being a leader and exercising leadership effectively as your natural self-expression.
Day Two: Creating a context for being a leader and leadership. The four foundational aspects of leadership and the fundamental importance of integrity.
Session Two:
February 18/19, 2025
Day One: Living with mastery - exploring the difference between knowing something and being it.
Day Two: Authenticity, becoming something bigger than yourself, being cause in the matter. The source of your way of being and action.
Session Three:
March 18/19, 2025
Day One: Constraints to effective leadership. Exposing what keeps us from being most effective and creating different ways to operate.
Day Two: Speech Acts: looking at the way we interact, speak and listen and creating a committed future. Gaining buy-in from others.
Session Four:
April 15/16, 2025
Day One: Declaring a created future - being a leader and leadership as your natural self-expression.
Day Two: Putting it all together: using the contextual framework to create a leadership message that moves people to action.
